Pig Livability Project
Swine education and outreach professionals are invited to learn, connect and collaborate on the Improving Pig Livability project — an initiative aimed at reducing mortality rates in the U.S. swine industry.
Our research team is identifying and fine-tuning strategies to maximize pig livability. The innovative strategies are a result of in-depth interdisciplinary research, direct collaboration with producers and crucial support from our allied industry partners.
Webinar Information
The findings and lessons learned from this project can help you better serve and support pork producers and their operations. Join us on Wednesday, August 23, at noon CT to gain invaluable insights into the project and best practices you can share with the producers you work with on a regular basis.
This project is funded by NPB and the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research.
